The leading on the windows keeps the various panes in place, and each window is fitted with a delicate-looking handle, the style capturing the essence of period hardware traditionally found on a window of this kind. The French door was fitted with similarly styled handles as well, which open outwards to allow the best use of the space inside. There was only a small amount of wall on which to house them, so we employed some dedicated craftsmanship to ensure these French doors properly fit with the dimensions. They are now perfectly positioned to allow the occupants to access and move around their intricate garden. The attractive foliage creeping over the brickwork actually accentuates the style of the windows, as if they needed it!
