Before we go into tiled roofs, it is important to tell you that they can affect how much natural light reaches your conservatory space, but this shouldn’t turn you off them.
You can have roof windows added to the covering to account for that, and the lightweight tiles and slates are so realistic you will be left scratching your head that they’re not real tiles and slates.
Fast and efficient fitting
You will be the recipient of a first-class, stress-free service from Mid Wales Windows. The roof is pre-manufactured to your conservatory’s specific measurements, which will reduce waste and disruption to your life.
You can choose to upgrade to traditional tile roof capping if you wish, but our tiled roofs come with contemporary aluminium ridges and hip capping as standard. Just let an advisor know your preference.
Tiled roof conservatory features
During your free design appointments, our designers will listen to your style and performance preferences so they can create a tiled roof conservatory that ticks every box.
It will be useful for you to bring a few measurements and photographs to your design appointment. However, this isn’t completely necessary because you will receive a home visit from one of our surveyors who will take some further measurements and also weigh up where the windows and doors are best situated.

The materials complied to make the Warm Roof, including rigid insulation board and insulated plywood, are thermally efficient and prevent heat loss, keeping the room at a more comfortable temperature all year round and increasing its usability.
Tiled Roof Tiles
Externally the lightweight roof coverings emulate the appearance and colour of traditional roofing tiles or slate so that you can choose a finish that is in-sync with the rest of the property.
Tiled Roof Glass
Available with a variety of styles and roof glazing to suit all, so you can find the best option to suit you and your home. Glass panels and Velux windows can be seamlessly integrated exactly where you want them.
Pelmet
Fully insulated internal Pelmet which gives a room-like feel and is ideal for downlights and speakers.

Choose between lightweight tiles and lightweight slates
Not only are our tiles and slates considerably lighter than original tiles and slates, they’re also less susceptible to weathering and breaking up, so you won’t be forced to fix and / or repaint them.
Each weatherproof tile and slate has an authentic finish, colours very much like those found on real tiles and slates.
