Nowhere more than at home do first impressions count, and what a first impression this property gives off to the outside world.
There’s no shame in admitting to being house proud, and it’s only natural to be aware of how others view your home. This homeowner was no exception and called on us to help them make some improvements. We began with adding some brand new, white leaded UPVC windows along with a white, traditional style composite door. The whole front of the property has been improved as a result. The bay windows provide an added “wow” factor, with a forward projection that draws the eye towards the attractive leading design on the glass, and this effect is mimicked on the windows upstairs as well.
A brand-new entrance was installed on to the side of the bay window, with a composite door that promises excellent resilience, high levels of thermal efficiency and, of course, a great look. To enhance the look even further, bevelled glass was included on a section of the door, which has the extra benefit of offering some privacy for the entrance that lays behind it. The occupants were so pleased with the new entrance they finished it off by adding some elegant floor plants and a brightly coloured hanging basket. With this kind of attention to detail, it’s clear to all who pass that these residents have every right to be proud of their lovely home.
